Design on Science & Technology

Against the backdrop of science and technology, the objective is to introduce design methods based on design studies and informatics. Pursuing a design-driven interdisciplinary approach, we can promote a new design science and engineering discipline. The object of design is to conceive artifacts considering physical science, integrating advanced and regional engineering technology, and based on a unified concept. Effort is made to implement the artifact in an aesthetically pleasing way through formalized real implementation of the object and innovative design techniques. In other words, the goal is to advance our knowledge and business practice in a way that can be integrated with science through design thinking and design intent by sharpening our focus through design while physically expanding the whole sphere of design that we have known up to now. This knowledge provides a way of incorporating engineering as we know it with the practical and aesthetic processes inherent in design, enabling us for forge ahead. This approach will certainly lead to the creation of a new design system science.
